So I jotted down these tips from some programs I attended and I'll like to share them.
* Do not aspire Heaven just to escape Hell.
* Aspire Heaven for the Love of Christ not for the fear of Hell.
* Health is Wealth but Wealth is not Health.
* When Wealth is lost nothing is lost, When Health is lost all is lost.
* There is no prosperity outside health.
* You must eat to Live. If you refuse to eat physical food, you will die physically. If you refuse to eat Spiritual food, you will die spiritually.
* Spirit cannot dwell in a dead body. If you refuse to take care of your body, the Spirit will leave. Then you are dead.
* Water is the only food complement that does not contain any energy value.
* Therefore Water cannot break fast. When you fast (especially marathon fasting) make water your companion. Your choice though
* Do not fast and put your mortal body in trouble. Fasting is disciplining your body or putting your body under subjection into waiting on the Lord. Fasting is not to punish your body.
* Every cell in your body including bones swim in fluid (Water)
* Mathew 4: 1-2 Jesus was hungry after he fasted for 40 days and night, not tasty.
* Prefer nutritious to delicious
* The first generations of men up to Noah were vegetarians. No wonder they are the oldest ever lived.
God introduced fish and meat at Noah's time, after the flood.
* Prefer plant protein to animal proteins. Take more of plant proteins compare to animal proteins you take.
* Alcohol was not part of food, man introduced it.
* The first man that took alcohol was mocked (Noah). Wine is a mocker.
* Never break the law of nature. Night for sleeping, day for work.
* The only time the body heals itself is when man sleep.
* If you must work at night, sleep in the afternoon
* Sleeping between 10pm and 12am is counted in double (that's 4 hours sleep already). Anything after 12am is counted normally.
* Never postpone the urge to urinate or dedicate as much as you can.
* Breakfast is the best of all food. It is best taken between 7 and 8:30am
* Eat more natural fibers and less canned and processed food.
* For Nigerians, food like pap + (beans or akara or moinmoin), rice with beans or beans products, yam and egg or beans, potatoes, etc are good for breakfast.
* The quantity of food you eat is directly proportional to the type of work you do.
* Take up to 3litres of water per day.
* Communicate with God (in special time) at least twice a day, in praying, studying and meditating His word.
* Be wise, stay healthy Physically, socially, mentally and Spiritually.
* Live and let live.
